One supplier, three ways of being useful
Flex Group S.r.l. grew out of the experience of professionals who since 2012 have worked on the development and marketing of innovative devices for the healthcare sector. That experience, gained in Italy and abroad, led in 2020 to the start of direct manufacturing of medical devices, cosmetics, sanitising products and products for the care, wellbeing and safety of people and environments.
The company brings together three lines that were born separately and that today share the same plant, the same warehouses and the same people: Flex Industry for manufacturing, Flex Dental for dental supply, Steryl Flex for sanitisation. For a client this means a single contact, a single delivery and a single set of paperwork.
Manufacturing takes place in Palermo, with electronically controlled machinery, a dispensing area and a final packaging department. Depending on the project we handle the whole cycle or only part of it: bulk, assembly, final packaging, batch release analyses.

Flex Industry is the manufacturing division. We develop and produce professional cosmetics and professional detergents for the beauty, aesthetic medicine and wellness sectors, and we do it either on a formulation the client already has or on one our laboratory develops from an idea. Batches start at 100 units and reach 100,000.

Flex Dental supplies dental practices and dental laboratories: consumables, instruments, materials and equipment, selected among established manufacturers and delivered throughout Italy. Alongside the products we distribute there is Flex Orthodontics, our own orthodontic brand.

Who we supply
Dental practices and dental laboratories above all, and then medical practices, beauty salons and veterinary practices, for the part of the catalogue that concerns them. We have area agents: tell us your town and the kind of practice you run and we will put you in touch with whoever covers your area. Items that are not in the catalogue we look for: tell us the product and we come back with availability and terms.
Steryl Flex · Environmental sanitisation
Clean premises, with a written record of what was done
Steryl Flex treats professional and residential premises: medical and dental practices, offices, commercial premises, homes. We work with professional-scale ozone generators: the machine is placed inside the room, the cycle runs with the room closed and empty, and the room is used again only after airing. The service is provided under Italian Ministerial Decree 274/1997.
Ozone is produced on site from the oxygen in the air and turns back into oxygen at the end of the cycle: nothing has to be rinsed off afterwards, and the treatment reaches the corners, the gaps and the ducts that a cloth never touches. How long the cycle lasts and how long the room has to stay closed depend on the volume of the room: we work them out during the site visit and write them in the report.

Offices, waiting rooms, commercial premises: the room is treated empty.
Where we work, and when
Studios and consulting rooms, dental laboratories, offices and open-plan spaces, shops and commercial premises, gyms, veterinary practices, homes and vehicles. Since the room has to be empty, we normally work at the end of the day, at the weekend or during a closure: the room is handed back ready for the following morning. The treatment can be a one-off — after building work, after a change of tenant, after an episode of illness among the staff — or it can be repeated on an agreed schedule.
During the treatment nobody may be inside: people, animals and plants stay out for the whole cycle and for the airing that follows. We agree the timings with you before we start, and the report says what was treated, for how long and when the room could be used again.

The Sany line
Professional detergents formulated and manufactured by us, in bottles from 100 ml up to 5 litre jerrycans. Sany Care is intended for the cleaning of medical devices, surgical instruments and impression trays; Sany Hygiene covers hand cleansing, floors and washable surfaces, air conditioning units and areas used by pets. Two products in the Sany Care line are CE marked as medical devices.
Composition, instructions for use, safety data sheets and technical data sheets are supplied with the order or on request: ask us and we will send them before you buy.

We look for what you need
Also for items that are not in the catalogue: tell us the product and we will look for it. On the order please state the company name, the recipient code, the product code and the quantity.

Safety data sheets, technical data sheets, CE marking certificates, evidence of CPNP notification and declarations of conformity for the products supplied.

Shipping and traceability
Deliveries throughout Italy with our own couriers. Payment on delivery, by arrangement, or by bank transfer. Traceability of the products supplied is guaranteed.

Data processed and purposes
We process the data you enter in the form — full name, company, email address, phone number if given, and the content of the enquiry — for the sole purpose of replying to you, preparing a quote and following up any resulting supply. It is not used for marketing or profiling.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice.
Nature of provision
Providing the data marked as required is necessary in order for us to reply: without it we cannot act on the enquiry. The other fields are optional.
Recipients
Enquiries sent through the form are received by the controller’s company mailboxes and, in copy, by an external collaborator appointed by the controller as a processor under Article 28 of the Regulation. The data is also processed by the hosting and email service provider, likewise appointed as a processor. It is not disclosed publicly nor transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
Transfers
No transfer of data to third countries or international organisations is envisaged.
Retention period
Twelve months from receipt of the enquiry. If the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the data is kept for as long as needed to manage it and to meet the resulting legal obligations.
Rights of the data subject
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to the processing (Articles 15-22 of the Regulation), by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Article 77).
